Contains administrative correspondence and minutes collected by the advancement vice president. Included is the correspondence of Rex E. Lee and Jeffrey R. Holland, facility records, incident records, personnel files, University Relations meeting minutes, College of Fine Arts and Communications performance information, records from various university institutes, awards, and committee records, 1975-2004.

Contains administrative files produced under Lael Woodbury during his service as assistant dean, including correspondence and memorandums, meeting minutes, reports, financial information, and other materials.

Contains records relating to the College of Fine Arts and Communications from the Administrative Advisory Council. Included is the charter, correspondence, minutes from 1982-1990, performance awards, the President's Appreciation Award, and proposals and studies. Materials date from between 1981 and 1990.

Contains administrative files created under deans Wheelwright and Woodbury, including correspondence and memorandums, meeting minutes, reports, financial information, news clippings, and other materials.

Contains the general records of the College of Fine Arts and Communications and includes records about services, the library, facilities, scheduling, mail management, permits, personnel, awards, alumni association, continuing education, various individuals associated with the college, policies and procedures, accreditation, students, publications, KBYU correspondence, and other materials relating to the college. Materials date from between 1981 and 1994.

Contains records from the Media Arts Development (MAD) Lab, including correspondence, budget records, and financial requests. Also contains records from the Media Arts Development committee including minutes and action items. Equipment requests and records for the lab's remodeling are also included, 1993-1999.

Contains records relating to the 2002 Olympic Winter Games Spectacular held at the Conference Center in Salt Lake City including correspondence, budget proposals, purchase orders, and reimbursement forms. Records cover the financial aspects of the event and the collaboration between the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and BYU, 2000-2002.

Contains administrative records, Charles Graves correspondence, Evans Chair Proposal files, and "Together With Greatness" fund-raising files.

Contains general administrative files on rank advancements, appointments, benefits, conflict of interest, development, overload approvals, research, and salaries, as well as individual faculty files.

Contains Communications Department accreditation files, administrative records, audits, and files on an external review, forensics, and programs; Communciations History Archives administrative records and David O. Selznick collection files; and Communications Research Center administrative records and reports.
